【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversthemeasurementoftheresponseoflinearintegratedcircuits,undergivenoperatingconditions,topulsedionizingradiation.Theresponsemaybeeithertransientormorelasting,suchaslatchup.TheradiationsourceiseitheraflashX-raymachine(FXR)oranelectronlinearaccelerator(LINAC).1.2Theprecisionofthemeasurementdependsonthehomogeneityoftheradiationfieldandontheprecisionoftheradiationdosimetryandtherecordinginstrumentation.1.3Thetestmaybeconsideredtobedestructiveeitherforfurthertestsorforotherpurposesifthetotalradiationdoseexceedssomepredeterminedlevelorifthepartshouldlatchup.Becausethisleveldependsbothonthekindofintegratedcircuitandontheapplication,aspecificvaluemustbeagreeduponbythepartiestothetest.(See6.10.)1.4Setup,calibration,andtestcircuitevaluationproceduresareincludedinthispractice.1.5Proceduresforlotqualificationandsamplingarenotincludedinthispractice.1.6Becauseresponsevarieswithdifferentdevicetypes,thedoseraterangeforanyspecifictestisnotgiveninthispracticebutmustbeagreeduponbythepartiestothetest.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

适用范围
JB/T 8099-1999 本标准是对 JB/T 8099.1-95《油田用容积式稠油泵 基本参数》、ZB J71 020-90《油田用转子式稠油泵 技术条件》和 ZB J71 021-90《油田用转子式稠油泵 试验方法》三项标准的修订与合并。 修订时将适用范围提高；技术要求中指标进行了调整；试验方法中将试验用油作了修改。 本标准规定了油田用转子式稠油泵的基本参数，技术要求，试验方法，检验规则，标志、包装和贮存。 本标准适用于输送温度小于或等于 150℃、粘度 0.1~10Pa·s 介质的转子式泵。其额定流量范围为小于或等于 400m3/h，额定排出压力范围为小于或等于 5.0MPa。 JB/T 8099.1-95 于 1989 年以 GB 11474-89 首次发布，于 1996 年 4 月 14 日调整为 JB/T 8099.1-95；ZB J71 020-90、ZB J71 021-90 于年月日首次发布。
