【摘要】:1.1この規格は,生ゴム,加硫配合ゴム又は未加硫配合プムに含まれるポリマー又はポリマーブレンドを同一条件下で得られたパイログラム(熱分レンドを同一条件下で得られたパイログラム(熱分解ガスクロマトグラム)から同定する方法について規定する。この規格は,単ーポリマー又は例外として次のポリマーブレンドの定性に適用する。この方法は,単ーポリマーに適用するが,4.に示すようにパイログラムが特徴的な炭化水素の存在を示すときには,ポリマーブレンドにも適用することができる。この方法は,他の種類のポリマーにも適用できるが,個々のケースごとに分折者カ価用の可能性を確認しなければならない。1.2この規格を用いるに当たっては,ガスクロマトグラフィの原理及び技術に対する十分な知識をもち,ここに規定する操作を行い,また,結果を正しく認識できることを前提とする。

【摘要】:ThistestmethodcanbeusedfordeterminingpolymerconcentrationsinstyrenemonomerorAMS.Thistestmethodwillnotdetectdimersandtrimers.Thistestmethodcanbeusedforplantcontrolandforspecificationanalysis.1.1ThesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofthepolymercontentofstyrenemonomerandAMS(-Methylstyrene).Itshouldbenoted,however,thatdimersandtrimersarenotmeasuredbythesetestmethods.1.2TestMethodAwhichisbasedontheuseofaspectrophotometerorphotometer,isintendedforthequantitativedeterminationofthepolymercontentofstyrenemonomerorAMSinconcentrationsupto15mg/kg.Samplescontainingmorethan15mg/kgofpolymermustbesuitablydilutedbeforemeasurement.1.3TestMethodBisarapidvisualprocedurethatisintendedfortheapproximateevaluationofpolymertoamaximumconcentrationof1.0weight%.Sampleshavingapolymercontentof1.0weight%orgreatershouldbesuitablydilutedpriortomeasurement.1.4Indeterminingtheconformanceofthetestresultsusingthismethodtoapplicablespecifications,resultsshallberoundedoffinaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection8.
