【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportspecifiesthestandardformtobeusedforadeclarationofdesignandperformance(DDP)foraircraftequipment.ADDPisthecommitmentofamanufacturertodeliveraproductcomplyingwiththedefineddimensionsandperformances,basedonqualificationtestscarriedoutbytheNSO(NationalSurveillanceOrganization),amajoruserorbythemanufacturerhimself.ADDPisnotacompulsoryprocedure,itremainsoptional;itspurposeistoavoidrepeatedqualificationtestsforeachuse.Foraspecificprogram,theDDPcanbecertifiedfortheaircraftmanufacturerortheNSO.Thismeansthatthecommitmentsofthemanufacturerweremetwhentheaircraftwascertified.TheDDPisintendedforcomponentsandequipmentwhichdonotrelatetoanynationalorinternationaloraircraftmanufacturerspecification.Ifanormativedocumentgivingafulldefinitionofaproductexists,thedimensions,performancesandqualificationoftheproductinquestionmustbeinaccordancewiththatdocument.
