【摘要】:Thistestmethodmeasurestheabilityofafloorpolishtoresistspottingbywater.Thistestmethodmaybeusedtomeasuretheextentofdamagebyalargeamountofwaterorinaseparatemethodtomeasuretheamountofdamagebyasmallamountofwaterthathasevaporatedtodryness.Referencepolishesshouldbeusedforcomparison.Note18212;Thetestmethodmayinduceslightwhitening,colorchange,noticeablechangeinappearance,includingremovalofthefilm,whichiscausedbycontactwithwater.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofwaterspottingresistanceofwateremulsionfloorpolishes.Thetestmethodapproximatestheactualconditionsofwaterspottingencounteredinservice.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
