【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationshouldbeusedtogetherwiththeotherrelevantpartsofthestandardseries.Assuch,theyspecifygeneralconditions,requirementsandmethodstopreventhazardsinhooksaspartofalltypesofcranes.ThisTechnicalSpecificationcoversthefollowingpartsofhooksandtypesofhooks:?bodiesofanytypeofpointhooksmadeofsteelforgings;?machinedshanksofhookswithathread/nutsuspension.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletohooksfrommaterialswithultimatestrengthofnomorethan800N/mmandyieldstressofnomorethan600N/mm.Thefollowingisalistofsignificanthazardoussituationsandhazardouseventsthatcouldresultinriskstopersonsduringnormaluseandforeseeablemisuse.Clauses4to8ofthisdocumentarenecessarytoreduceoreliminatetherisksassociatedwiththefollowinghazards:a)Exceedingthelimitsofstrength(yield,ultimate,fatigue);b)Exceedingtemperaturelimitsofmaterial;c)Unintentionaldisengagementoftheloadfromthehook.TherequirementsofthisTechnicalSpecificationarestatedinthemainbodyofthedocumentandareapplicabletohookdesignsingeneral.ThehookbodyandshankdesignslistedinAnnexesA,BandGareonlyexamplesandshouldnotbereferredtoasrequirementsofthisTechnicalSpecification.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletocranes,whicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthisstandardbyCEN,andservesasareferencebaseforproductstandardsofparticularcranetypes.
