【摘要】:WARNING—Itisthepurchaser'sresponsibilitytospecifytheproductspecificationlevel(PSL),corrosion-resistantalloy(CRA)group,category,grade,deliveryconditionsandanyotherrequirementsinadditiontothosespecifiedherewithtoensurethattheproductisadequatefortheintendedserviceenvironment.ISO15156(allparts)orNACEMR0175/ISO15156shouldbeconsideredwhenmakingspecificrequirementsforH2S-containingenvironment;seeAnnexG.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthetechnicaldeliveryconditionsforcorrosion-resistantalloyseamlesstubularsforcasing,tubingandcouplingstockfortwoproductspecificationlevels:?PSL-1,whichisthebasisofthisInternationalStandard;?PSL-2,whichprovidesadditionalrequirementsforaproductthatisintendedtobebothcorrosionresistantandcrackingresistantfortheenvironmentsandqualificationmethodspecifiedinISO15156-3andAnnexGofthisInternationalStandard.Attheoptionofthemanufacturer,PSL-2productscanbeprovidedinlieuofPSL-1.NOTE1Thecorrosion-resistantalloysincludedinthisInternationalStandardarespecialalloysinaccordancewithISO4948-1andISO4948-2.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothefollowingfourgroupsofproduct:a)group1,whichiscomposedofstainlessalloyswithamartensiticormartensitic/ferriticstructure;b)group2,whichiscomposedofstainlessalloyswithaferritic-austeniticstructure,suchasduplexandsuper-duplexstainlessalloy;c)group3,whichiscomposedofstainlessalloyswithanausteniticstructure(ironbase);d)group4,whichiscomposedofnickel-basedalloyswithanausteniticstructure(nickelbase).ThisInternationalStandardcontainsnoprovisionsrelatingtotheconnectionofindividuallengthsofpipe.NOTE2TheconnectionorjoiningmethodcaninfluencethecorrosionperformanceofthematerialsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.NOTE3ItisnecessarytorecognizethatnotallPSL-1categoriesandgradescanbemadecrackingresistantinaccordancewithISO15156-3andare,therefore,notincludedinPSL-2.
