【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforcalibratingthekineticenergyscalesofAugerelectronspectrometersusedforelementalandchemicalstateanalysisatsurfaces.Italsospecifiesacalibrationschedulefortestingthekineticenergyscalelinearityatoneintermediateenergy,forconfirmingtheuncertaintyofthescalecalibrationatonelowandonehighkineticenergyvalue,forcorrectingforsmalldriftsofthatscaleandfordefiningtheexpandeduncertaintyofthecalibrationofthekineticenergyscalewithaconfidencelevelof95%(thisuncertaintyincludescontributionsforbehavioursobservedininterlaboratorystudiesbutdoesnotcoverallpossibledefects).Itisapplicableonlytothoseinstrumentsincorporatinganiongunforsputtercleaning.Itisnotapplicabletoinstrumentswithkineticenergyscaleerrorssignificantlynon-linearwithenergy.Neitheritisapplicabletothoseinstrumentsoperatedatrelativeresolutionspoorerthan0,2%intheconstant△EIEmodeor1,5eVintheconstant△Emode,thoserequiringtolerancelimitsof±0,05eVorless,nortothosewithanelectrongunthatcannotbeoperatedintheenergyrange5keVto10keV.Itdoesnotprovideafullcalibrationcheckforconfirmingtheenergymeasuredateachaddressablepointontheenergyscale,thisbeingperformedaccordingtothemanufacturer'srecommendations.
