【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesauniformchassisdynamometertestprocedureforhybrid-electricroadvehicles(HEV)withinternalcombustionengines(ICE)classifiedaspassengercarsandlightdutytrucks,asdefinedineachregionalannex.ThisInternationalStandardproposeswaysofcorrectingthemeasuredemissionsandfuelconsumptionofHEV,inordertoobtainthecorrectvalueswhenthebatterystateofcharge(SOC)oftherechargeableenergystoragesystem(RESS)doesnotremainthesamebetweenthebeginningandtheendoftestcycle.ThisInternationalStandardappliestoHEVwithICEofwhichthenominalenergyoftheRESSisatleast2%ofthetotalenergyconsumptionbythevehicleoverthetestcycle.ThisInternationalStandardappliestonon-externallychargeablevehicleswithoutanoperatingmodeswitchtodrawpropulsionenergyfromthefollowingsourcesofenergy:-consumablefuel,and-anenergystoragebattery/capacitorsystemthatisrechargeableonlybyanon-boardengine-generator/electricmotorsystem.ConsumablefuelscoveredbythisInternationalStandardarelimitedtopetroleum-basedliquidfuels(e.g.gasolineanddieselfuel).
