【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesrequirementsforthedesign,fabrication,inspection,testingandverificationofGRPtanksandvesselswithorwithoutThermoplasticsliningforstorageorprocessingoffluids,factorymadeorsitebuilt,nonpressurisedorpressurisedupto10bar,foruseaboveground.ThetermsvesselsandtanksasusedinthisEuropeanStandardincludebranchesuptothepointofconnectiontopipeworkorotherequipmentbyboltingandsupports,bracketsorotherattachmentsbondeddirectlytotheshell.Inadditiontothedefinitiverequirements,thisEuropeanStandardalsorequirestheitemsinClause5tobefullydocumented.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversvesselsandtankssubjecttotemperaturesbetween–40°Cand+120°C.NOTEItispossiblethatfutureadvancesinresintechnologywouldallowtanksandvesselstobeconsideredforoperatingtemperaturesabove+120°C.Shouldsuchasituationariseandamanufacturerwishestotakeadvantageofsuchdevelopments,thenallotherrequirementsofthestandardshallbemaintainedandsuchtanksandvesselsshallonlybedesignedinaccordancewiththeadvanceddesignmethodgivenin7.8.3.ExcludedfromthisEuropeanStandardare:?tanksandvesselsforthetransportoffluids;?undergroundstoragetanks;?sphericalvessels;?vesselsandtanksofirregularshape;?tanksandvesselswithdoublecontainment;?tanksandvesselswhicharesubjecttotheriskofexplosion,orfailureofwhichmaycauseanemissionofradioactivity;?specificationforfibrereinforcedcisternsofonepieceandsectionalconstructionforthestorage,aboveground,ofcoldwater(seeEN13280-2001).
